Engineered for Selective Organic Removal in Industrial Wastewater
Low-Pressure Nanofiltration Membrane – STM-NF Series
Poseidon’s Spi-Tub-Mem® (STM) spiral-wound membrane elements include pressure-type and immersion-type configurations, available in ultrafiltration, special nanofiltration, and standard nanofiltration (STM-NF) series. The STM-NF series features three common molecular weight cut-off options: NF300, NF500, and NF1000, as well as specialized membranes designed to remove organic matter without desalination.
Designed for low-pressure operation, these membranes effectively remove targeted organics from industrial reverse osmosis concentrates and landfill leachate. They retain minimal dissolved salts, enabling selective separation with high efficiency.
Key Features:
• Wider feed channels reduce concentration polarization and enhance surface flow
• High packing density improves filtration efficiency and reduces equipment footprint
• Strong anti-fouling performance ensures stable operation and lower energy use
• Low investment and operating costs due to efficient design and long service life
Applications:
• Treatment of RO concentrate streams
• Landfill leachate treatment
• Industrial wastewater reuse
• Organic removal without salt rejection
